The War against The Shichibukai (Warlords)

Vegapunk has been a mystery for years and now probably soon he will finally make an actual appearance within the series. He has been name dropped by Fujitora in the reverie and then by Orochi the Shogun of Wano.

In One Piece chapter 956 we have found out that the warlord system has been officially abolished and The marines have issued a full scale assault to actively bring in or take down the Former warlords all at once !

Now we know the marines are a cautious bunch and we could figure that they would not risk such possible major losses on a whim alone and That’s where Vegapunk and his inventions come into play. the last time we saw his creation the Pacifistas at work, the machine was nothing more than fodder to the renewed strawhat trio.

Now the PX-5 aren’t weak and they can be mass produced with the funding of the WG, for the average pirates on the seas, those machines would lay waste to their mid tier crews. do not forget that the supernovas were at their mercy pre-timeskip and they were top rookies. But in the case of individuals like Mihawk, Weevil, and Boa the Pacifistas wont last long and the marines will face heavy financial loss as just one of those machines cost the price of a battleship

The marines can very well catch the Warlords by surprise with this new invention of Vegapunks and Fujitora an admiral agrees that these weapons make the use of the warlords obsolete. someone of his power and status would not gauge the use of something off a hunch so we can be sure that this invention is deadly and could quite potentially lead to the capture of every remaining warlord and that would shake the foundations of the world.

Boa Hancock said it best, and that is exactly why I believe Vegapunks weapons will be used against them and this can potentially lead to Captain Coby taking down Boa and her amazons.

There have been a recent buildup for the weapons made of Drunken Iron Ore and the SSG could potentially be outfitted with this special material. At the moment it seems as though The world Government and Cipher Pol have been amassing this special material from the land of Wano and Vegapunk works directly under them.

Vegapunk had been experimenting with artificial devil fruits in the past but it seemingly gave it up due to increasing failure so the marines wouldn’t use those fruits in their assault. He could also have Upgraded the Pacifistas to be more lethal on the battlefield with possibly giving them new Devil fruit based weapons to their arsenal.

Once again it’s unlikely but the capture of the warlords is still possible and may be revealed as a future BIG NEWS chapter so don’t be surprised. the marines would not risk approaching a man like Mihawk without a trump card.

Kyou Kara Ore Wa ! discussion/recommendation.

Hey and welcome Back to the cavern, I really appreciated the very well received response from my Hajime no Ippo 1274 discussion ! i was genuinely surprised. But until One piece or Hajime no ippo comes out with any later chapters I’m going to be dropping content for you all as promised. Links to The manga and anime will be below, really even if you don’t read my blog just check out the series i promise it wont disappoint. (it starts off a bit slow but it will pick up)

This manga/anime I will be recommending is in the title, Kyou kara ore wa, it’s a hidden gem of a older generation of manga. I can’t stress enough of how much enjoyment I had while reading this series, It has everything you could really ask for. Great Comedy, action, drama, romance and a bit of bromance. Don’t forget to thank me when you’re hooked. Delinquent manga and anime series was major in the 90s and 80’s but as of recently there aren’t many unfortunately and it was such a great genre. who doesn’t like aggro juveniles kicking each others ass over trivial problems and bragging rights.

So in this story you will be following Mitsuhashi and Itou on their journey through high school where they just suddenly decide to become delinquents in their first day of school. I love a good school life story where you can see the characters progress and age throughout it. they will be facing adversities in the form of Classmates and rival schools on their (or mitsuhashis) conquest to take over japan. As you can see above the show can be pretty silly at times but when it has to get serious it can flip the switch in an instant !

It also has an amazing cast of characters I mean you wont only care for the main duo, You’ll fall for even the villains and former villains all with their own unique quirks. For example there’s Imai whose a big Oaf who somewhat starts off as a threat and enemy But through time with his constant bouts and confrontations with Mitsuhashi they sort of become like pals although they would never admit it for a long time. you will feel it in your feels when there friends or former enemies rush to their aid in a serious situation, there’s character development for everyone and considering they’re all in high school it’s to be expected.

Their enemies within the story are people you’ll either come to genuinely hate or love to see in the chapters, they’ll vary from small fry who have no idea that they stand no chance against our great duo and you cant wait until they find that out the hard way. then there are those that can genuinely cause trouble in straight up brawls or using underhanded tactics to get the Best of the duo and you’ll be on edge until all is said and done. Like i said before i love seeing progression of characters within a story and The way the story displays and shows how much reputation the duo acquires it makes it feel like their adventures are actually for a reason and isn’t going unnoticed within their story. you’ll see lesser delinquents do their very best to avoid eye contact and that’s such a stark difference from the beginning chapters where everyone wants to size them up.

I do not want to give too much away but I really mean it when i say this is a hidden gem when you’re finished with it you will yearn for more to know how everyone ended up in life and etc, it’s one of those series you don’t wish to end. unfortunately on my many manga groups if I were to bring up this series only a handful of people would know of it and man i wish to change that !. this is a finished series with plenty of chapters so you could binge this as much as you want for free, and I am sure you would end up reading or watching the series multiple times as I have.
